Sutton National, backed by 777 Partners, has entered final talks to sell a majority stake in the company, with sources pegging Charlesbank as the likely counterparty to conclude a deal.

As previously reported, the fronting carrier was mulling strategic options prior to a potential re-launch of a formal process this year.
