Aon’s $900mn project to accelerate its “Aon United” strategy over the next three years is “fundamentally different” to any efficiency program it has undertaken before, according to CEO Greg Case.

On an analyst call focused on Aon’s Q3 results, CFO Christa Davies also provided detail on when various tranches of cost savings would show in Aon’s books during the three-year period.
