The recent minority investment that Pritzker Private Capital made in family-owned brokerage Lawley provides more evidence of that stake deals have grown in popularity in recent years, according to Reagan Consulting.

Earlier this week, mid-market-focused investment firm Pritzker Capital sealed a deal to buy a common equity stake in the Buffalo, New York-based broking firm for an undisclosed amount.
