Broker Marsh McLennan has filed notice with the UK Financial Conduct Authority of its intent to cancel the listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The cancellation requires 20 business days’ notice. Marsh expects the cancellation to become effective at 08:00 GMT on November 27, 2023, and the last day of trading to be November 24.
