Aon has hired Jeff Alpaugh, formerly Marsh McLennan’s US chief country officer, as president for North America.

Aplaugh will officially join Aon on November 14, and he will be responsible for developing and executing programs to enhance client experience, growth and retention, according to a spokesperson for the firm.
