Brokerage firm Brown & Brown is selling four third-party administrator businesses to tech provider Davies Group, generating proceeds in the range of $185mn-$205mn.

The four claims and services businesses are American Claims Management (ACM), Preferred Governmental Claims Services (PGCS), USIS, and ICA.
