Hamilton Insurance Group has launched its IPO, looking to raise as much as $270mn and valuing the company, using a mid-year book value per share of $16.90, at a multiple of about 1.0x.

According to a registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the offering consists of 6.25
