Hamilton’s IPO pricing came in under book value, but it has narrowed the gap on predecessor Fidelis, listing at 0.9x book value vs. Fidelis’s 0.8x.

As both companies had complicated stories to tell investors, the read-across for the upcoming ranks of carriers that are also looking to achieve listings may, however, be limited.
