Tysers enters three-year deferred prosecution agreement with DoJ

Tysers, a subsidiary of AUB Group, has entered into a three-year deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the US Department of Justice (DoJ).

The DoJ had been investigating Integro Insurance Brokers (now known as Tysers) and its employees in relation to its conduct of business in Ecuador between 2013 and 2017.
