FBinsure, an independent agency in partnership with Patriot Growth Insurance Services, has promoted former COO Nicole Martorana to president and former president Russel Martorana to CEO, the company announced Wednesday.

Nicole joined FBinsure in 2009 as operations manager, following three years as a senior consultant at Hitachi Consulting, and progressed to COO.
