Claims severity is a key driving factor in representations and warranties (R&W) losses, according to a report by transactional liability MGA Euclid Transactional.

Although claim payments of over $10mn are infrequent, they constitute around 64% of the total loss paid between July 2016 and June 2023, according to Euclid data.
