Skyward Specialty has appointed CEO Andrew Robinson as chairman of the board as The Westaim Corportation president and CEO Cameron MacDonald steps down from the position.

Westaim COO Robert Kittel also resigned from Skyward’s board, while Tony Kuczinski was named lead independent director.
