Mercury General has promoted Victor Joseph to president and COO and tapped the executive for its board of directors, effective 1 January.

He will continue reporting directly to Mercury General CEO Gabriel Tirador.

Joseph joined the carrier almost 15 years ago and has held various roles since, including underwriter, casualty adjuster and VP CUO.
