Kinsale has disclosed the details of a $140mn jury award, issued in Georgia state court Wednesday, against its insured Venetian Hills Apartments in DeKalb County.

In June 2019, Marie Hughes, as authorized administrator for the estate of George Hughes, filed a wrongful death claim against the apartment complex.
