Daytona Beach, Florida-based retailer Brown & Brown has agreed to buy insurance agency Caton-Hosey Insurance for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in Volusia County, Florida in 1948, Caton Insurance merged with John Hosey agency in 1993 to create Caton-Hosey.
