Demotech has given HCI-sponsored Condo Owners Reciprocal Exchange (CORE) a financial stability rating of A.

In November, CORE received its certificate of authority from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (Floir) to transact insurance in the state, after receiving initial operating approval earlier that month.
