Cowbell has promoted Caroline Thompson from SVP to chief underwriting officer, and has elevated Sonja Kozel to SVP, sales and distribution.

Thompson joined the specialty InsurTech in 2019 and is part of the founding leadership team. She is responsible for creating and overseeing the filing process for the company's Prime 250 offering.
