WTW has promoted Despina Buganski to head of personal lines within its corporate risk and broking practice in North America (CRB NA), the company announced Tuesday.

Buganski has held several increasingly senior roles with WTW since joining the brokerage firm in 2010. Since 2015, she has served as COO for the personal lines business.
