AJ Gallagher is in discussions with Amwins and minority owners over the potential acquisition of THB Chile, this publication can reveal.

A deal would mark Amwins second sale in the Latin American market. Last May, Insurance Insider US revealed that the company sold its 250-employee unit THB Brazil to family-owned broker Lockton.
