Specialty insurer GeoVera has hired former California Earthquake Authority (CEA) CEO Glenn Pomeroy as executive vice president of marketing and regulatory affairs, effective February 1, 2024.

Pomeroy has over 30 years in the insurance industry, including serving for eight years as the North Dakota Insurance Commissioner and, most recently, over 15 years as CEO of CEA.
