Lloyd’s-backed cyber MGA Onda is set to launch operations in the US, with capacity provided by Crum & Forster’s carrier, which is A+ rated by AM Best.

The program targets mid-market enterprises with annual revenues of between $50mn and $1bn.

It will be available immediately to US enterprises across industries including financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.

To spearhead the expansion, Onda has appointed Christopher Reynolds and AJ Jones as business development directors.

Reynolds joins after a five-year tenure at Coalition, where he also led business development, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Jones joins from Beazley, where he spent nine years, most recently as partner engagement manager.

The offering integrates Onda’s proprietary cyber risk engine, Navigator.

Alex Jomaa, CUO at Onda, said: “Onda is redefining cyber insurance for the mid-market by bridging the gap between traditional coverage and modern threats.

“The combination of our capacity relationship with Crum & Forster together with our Navigator tool provides unparalleled visibility into a client's full risk profile.

“We're not just insuring risks, we're illuminating them, allowing businesses to make informed decisions that drive resilience and growth."

The expansion into the US marks the second launch for Onda in 2025. In March, it launched a mid-market product, Onda X, for the UK and France.
