Alex is a client innovation and transformation expert who brings 25+ years of international operating model transformation expertise utilizing analytics and design thinking to improve the product and customer service experience.

Prior to joining WNS, Alex held roles as a General Manager, Co-Head of Consulting and Digital Transformation and Operations/ Analytics Practice Leader.

Allen is located in Gallagher Re’s Dallas office, after spending eight years in New York at Willis Re. He focuses on regional Property and Casualty insurance, with a specialty on MGAs with unique and difficult classes, particularly for property in hurricane and tornado exposed territories. He has worked to educate reinsurers on these territories and has ultimately succeeded to bring additional capacity to Gallagher Re clients throughout all market cycles.

Bryan W. Sanders is Chairman of Markel Specialty, the US insurance operations for Markel Group (NYSE: MKL). Headquartered in Richmond, and founded in 1930, Markel Group is a Fortune 500 company with insurance, reinsurance, and investment operations around the world. 

Bryan previously served as President, Markel Specialty from 2020 to 2023, President of Markel Assurance from 2018 to 2020, and President of Markel Wholesale from 2014 to 2017. 

Fred Karlinsky is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice Group. Fred has over 30 years of experience representing the interests of insurers, reinsurers, and a wide variety of other insurance-related entities. He is a recognized authority on national insurance regulatory and compliance issues, has taken a leadership position in many insurance trade organizations, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, Florida Trend 500, and Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” for his work in insurance law.

Michael McKenna is Head of North America at AXIS where he oversees underwriting and business growth strategies for the North America Wholesale and Retail businesses. Prior to joining AXIS, Michael was the Chief Underwriting Officer for Falvey Insurance Group where his role was focused in profitable growth of the existing product suite for their carrier partners, expansion of the existing specialty product offering, as well as executive responsibility for the various underwriting functions. Before Falvey, Mike formerly led the Underwriting function as Chief Underwriting Officer of the Hartford Global Specialty Unit. He joined The Hartford from Navigators as part of the company’s acquisition in May 2019.

Jerry Theodorou is the Director of the Finance, Insurance and Trade Policy Program. Jerry develops and advances effective free market public policy solutions to complex issues where federal and state governments have intervened.
Since Jerry joined R Street, he has testified on insurance issues five times to the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, the House Financial Services Committee and the full U.S. Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee. Jerry’s reputation as an independent scholar has made his thought leadership in publications and presentations widely sought after. Prior to R Street Jerry was a Director of insurance research at Conning in Hartford, Connecticut.

Lenika is Chief Marketing Officer for One80 Intermediaries and is responsible for articulating the company’s strategic vision, mission statement and value – and ultimately crafting the One80 Intermediaries brand and narrative. She joined the company in 2019 as National Director of Sales and Marketing where she raised revenue and brand awareness by leading the company’s sales and growth initiatives as well as media relations, sponsorship activity and social responsibility.

Liz Kramer is the President of E&S for Munich Re Specialty, North America, Munich Re’s primary specialty insurance operation. In this role, Kramer oversees excess and surplus lines products primarily focused on the wholesale space which include Primary and Excess Casualty, Property, Financial Lines, Healthcare, Surety and Mobility. Prior to her current role, Kramer was the Chief Underwriting Officer for Munich Re Specialty, overseeing underwriting, pricing, product, Cat management and advanced analytics for MRSI’s business units.

Marc joined Fairfax in 2000 and held a number of leadership positions throughout the organization prior to taking on his current role in 2015.

He serves on the boards of several organizations, including the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, the Community Foundation of New Jersey, the Tri-County Scholarship Fund and Fulcrum Digital.

Jill Beggs is Reinsurance Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Everest Reinsurance where she leads the profitable growth of the division’s worldwide portfolio, including Global Treaty, Facultative, and Specialty reinsurance businesses as well as Mt. Logan. Prior to her current role, Jill managed the strategic direction of Everest’s reinsurance business in the United States, Canada, and Bermuda and oversaw the dedicated Global Specialties business as Head of North America and Global Specialty Reinsurance.
