Odyssey Investment Partners has agreed to acquire Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA), the largest network of independent insurance agencies in the US, in a management-led buyout.

The deal passes the ownership of the organization from chairman and founder Jim Masiello to private equity (PE) firm Odyssey, with his son Matt retaining a minority stake in the business.
