National broker consolidator Patriot Growth Insurance Services has acquired Exchange Insurance Agency, a Boston-based P&C specialist.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Patriot Growth in July closed a funding round co-led by Antares and Morgan Stanley Private Credit, both existing lenders, aimed at furthering the expansion of the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based firm.
