Retail broking platform High Street Insurance Partners (HSTP) has acquired marine agency Maritime Insurance for an undisclosed sum.

With the deal, the Traverse City, Michigan-based brokerage expects to expand its operations in the East Coast. The firm currently has a geographical footprint spanning 23 states.
