Private equity-backed retail brokerage aggregator Patriot Growth has acquired Paul B Sullivan Insurance Agency via its FBinsure platform.

The acquisition is intended to expand the company’s P&C expertise and its footprint in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Paul B Sullivan has been in southeastern New England since 1956.
