Insurance broker Brown & Brown has entered into an agreement to acquire wholesale broker BdB for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction, expected to close in the second quarter, will see all of BdB’s European offices – in London, Belgium and Italy – and its management team join Brown & Brown’s ranks.
