AF Group reaches deal to buy AmeriTrust from China-based Fosun

Specialty insurer AF Group said on Tuesday it reached a deal to buy AmeriTrust Group from Chinese conglomerate Fosun.

The Lansing, Michigan-based AF Group said the agreement was reached through is Accident Fund Insurance Company of American subsidiary.
