Global Indemnity has agreed to sell American Reliable Insurance Company (ARIC) to Everett Cash Mutual, in a deal expected to close in or before Q1 2023.


ARIC has also completed the sale of the renewal rights for its farm, ranch and equine book to Everett Cash.
