Orchid Underwriters Agency has named Kathy Cody its new chief executive officer and Ross Bowie president and chief underwriting officer.

The Vero Beach, Florida, company, which was acquired by Brown & Brown subsidiary National Programs in February, also said that former CEO Steve Carlsen was named executive vice president of National Programs.
