Both houses of the Florida legislature have now passed the proposed abortion ban after six weeks in the state, and HB 7/SB 300 is on its way to Governor Ron DeSantis.

On Thursday, the bill passed 70-40 in the state House of Representatives, after passing the Senate 26-13 last week.
