SiriusPoint is taking steps to prepare its “venture capital” portfolio of InsurTech and MGA stakes for sale, this publication understands.

Sources said that SiriusPoint is working with Howden Tiger’s capital markets unit as it seeks to reduce the pressure on management bandwidth, simplify its story for investors and realize value from the non-core parts of the portfolio.
