James River sells $53mn GWP workers comp book to Amynta

E&S carrier James River has inked a deal to sell the renewal rights to its individual risk workers’ compensation (IRWC) portfolio to Amynta Group.

The book recorded $53mn in gross written premium last year. The transaction includes the full underwriting and claims operations and the transfer of the employees supporting the business.
