AIG is maintaining its initial 'unlawful misappropriation' suit against Dellwood.

AIG has voluntarily dismissed its claims against Dellwood founder Michael Price and senior executives Thomas Connolly and Kean Driscoll - all ex-AIG - though it will still pursue its claims against competitor insurance company Dellwood Insurance Group.
